We operate an effective and in depth Post Incident Manager (PIM) training program to enable your staff to facilitate, manage and ensure the integrity of an investigation, following any incident which meets the criteria for post deployment or critical event.
Participants are able to look at real problems that concern them, rather than just focussing hypothetical situations. The course covers all elements from the initial police contact through to an inquest and beyond.
